Aurora maintains a store filled with no cost items to help maintain your home. Items in this store are available to all tenants. Typical available
items include: faucet aerators, door
stops, hose clamps, child safety items,
pest control, sprayers, touch up paint,
shower heads, wall plates, weather
stripping, etc. Seasonal items include
grass seed, lime, fertilizer, and ice
melt. Aurora will also make available
equipment for loan including carpet
shampooer, wheel barrow, hedge clippers,
etc.
