The annual DOD Resident Satisfaction Survey is currently in progress! By now, you will have received an email from the survey administrator, CEL Associates; we hope you will take a few minutes to share your feedback.
What is the purpose of the Survey?
The Air Force performs this annual survey to track satisfaction across its portfolio of Military Housing. This survey enables you to anonymously share feedback on your experience in housing and helps guide future improvements. The survey is administered entirely by a third party, CEL Associates; not by Aurora Housing or JBER.
You can still complete the survey! The survey began on 17 October 2022 and runs until 1 December 2022.
How to complete the Survey
Each household should have received an email with a unique link to complete the survey from AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com. If you have not yet completed the survey, you will continue to receive weekly reminders to complete the survey.
1. Check your spam folder. The initial email came from AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com.
2. Check with your spouse, partner, or other household member(s) to determine if they received the email.
3. Each household may only complete one survey.
4. You should not forward their survey email to others, each email has a unique link.
If you have not received the survey or are having issues completing it, please email AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com and include the installation name (JBER) and your street address.
