Our offices and Self Help Center will be closing at 3 PM on 12 December 2023 (Tuesday) due to inclement weather.  We will reopen at 9 AM on 13 December 2023 (Wednesday).

Emergency Maintenance

As always, office closures do not shut down emergency maintenance service. Please call 907.753.1091 if you are experiencing a maintenance emergency.

PLOWS ARE BEING DISPATCHED

Our snow removal contractor will begin removing the additional snow that has accumulated following the last snow event, starting the morning of 13 December 2023. Please be sure to remove cars from the roads when possible as this will enable quicker, more thorough plowing.

EXERCISE CAUTION

Please be extra cautious when driving through the neighborhoods. Keep your distance from other vehicles and be mindful of pedestrians.
