Our biggest priority following the recent earthquake is your safety.

Power and Water Outages

Power and water outages affecting entire neighborhoods and streets are almost the result of an issue outside of our domain. JBER and utility authorities are working to restore all.

Update: As of 1:40 PM on 30 November, both water providers on JBER have assured us that water is safe to drink. If you are concerned, you are welcome to boil water. Any water related updates will be communicated by JBER authorities directly (with our support). 

Emergency Maintenance

Our phone system is currently forwarded to our answering service. This will enable more of our team to be available to respond to emergencies.

CALL 907.753.1091 TO REPORT EMERGENCIES. IF UNABLE TO GET THROUGH, CONTINUE TO CALL- ALASKA PHONE SYSTEMS ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING HEAVY TRAFFIC. 

Please reserve calls for emergencies only. Report routine/ other issues online.

  • Gas Leaks (Call 911)
  • Structural Damage
  • Broken Windows
  • No Heat
  • No Hot Water
  • Plugs Sparking, etc
  • No Power (if just your building- CE/Doyon are working on restoring power basewide)
  • Appliance- Range/Refrigerator Only
  • Any Other Serious Emergency

OFFICE CLOSURE

Our 338 office and both U-Fix-Its have closed today (30 November) to enable us to set up and coordinate our response.

Our 6350 Arctic Warrior Drive AND 338 Hoonah Ave U-Fix-Its will be open 1 December.
