We would like to respond to some common inquiries and provide updates pertaining to COVID-19.
1. Community Center Update
At this point in time, we do not expect community centers to reopen during the 2020 calendar year. This decision is largely in part because community centers are, by design, intended to allow for large gatherings and we have no ability to police or monitor gathering sizes to remain in line with changing JBER/Municipal/State guidelines.
2. RENTCafé/Payment Update
Early on in the pandemic, we decided to waive both late fees and credit card fees to promote social distancing amidst our modified office hours. With the launch of RENTCafé, all residents now have the ability to pay online, at any point in time. Effective 1 September, processing fees will go back into effect. Listed below are available payment methods and associated fees. These fees are charged by the payment processor and are not additional revenue to AMH.
