Attend Our Town Halls
Aurora and JBER Command will be hosting two town halls in early May. We encourage all residents to attend, either online for our facebook live broadcast or in person.

Ask About Your Mock Statements
Many concerns will likely fizzle away upon receipt of your first mock-statement. Keep in mind that those already part of an existing utility program will receive two statements; one will be for the old program, the other a mock statement for the new program. If you have questions about reading your mock statements you may contact YES Energy Management at 6863. You can also create an account if you haven’t done so already and view the resources available on their website.
In Closing..
Our decision to delay implementation of this program for a year was every bit intentional. We understand that with sweeping, mandated changes such as this, there are inevitable complications and challenges that arise. We spent the past year validating our data and methodology, with alterations and optimizations being guided by raw data as well as observations of how other installations approached this program. We’re confident that our careful approach will plant the seed for meaningful utility conservation on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson.
