Our offices and Self Help Centers will be closed on 26 November (Thursday) and 27 November (Friday) in observance of Thanksgiving.  We will reopen on 30 November.

Oven and Stoves

We recommend that families who rarely utilize ovens and stoves test them out prior to the big day. From 20 Nov to 26 Nov, oven or stove problems will be classified as an emergency, meaning that a maintenance technician will be dispatched that day to address the issue. Please call into our emergency line when reporting an issue with a stove or oven during this period!
