Our offices and Self Help Centers will be closed on 28 November (Thursday), 29 November (Friday), and 30 November (Saturday) in observance of Thanksgiving.  We will reopen on 2 December.

Oven and Stoves

We recommend that families who rarely utilize ovens and stoves test them out prior to the big day. From 25 Nov to 29 Nov, oven or stove problems will be classified as an emergency, meaning that a maintenance technician will be dispatched that day to address the issue.

JBER-E Self Help Center

The Self Help Center will be closed on 30 November. We apologize for any inconvenience.
