Last night, the Anchorage area saw 5+ inches of snow, with plenty more expected to fall throughout the day.

Plows have been dispatched!

Our snow contractor has been dispatched and will be making their way through the neighborhoods. Be sure to remove cars from the roads, as this will enable quicker, more thorough plowing. This plowing is key to reducing future ice on the road, as weather is expected to warm up over the coming week.

Offices and U-Fix-Its open at 10 AM

JBER has announced a delayed opening, this means our offices will open at 10.  Note that Maintenance is not impacted by the delay, and will be addressing work orders as scheduled. Our office will contact you momentarily to discuss any appointments scheduled prior to 10.
 
Please be extra cautious when driving, as many schools have closed for the days, and kids will be out playing.
