Due to the winter storm, Alaska Waste has made adjustments to trash and recycling service.
JBER-E Trash Service
Alaska Waste originally planned to return to JBER-E on 13 November 2023 (Monday) to pick up bins missed during the 10 November 2023 (Friday) trash pickup. Due to the weather, the rescheduled pickup has been cancelled. If you live on JBER-E and did not receive trash service, you may place out up to 5 additional bags of trash on the next scheduled pickup, 17 November 2023 (Friday).
JBER Recycling Service
Recycling service for 13 November 2023 (Monday) has been cancelled. Alaska Waste is unable to reschedule this service, however you may place additional, broken-down cardboard next to your recycling bin on 27 November 2023 (Monday).
