3. Select the Plus (+) Symbol
4. Provide important details!
- Category- What type of request is this?
- Description- What needs to be fixed?
- Location- Where in the home?
- Pets- Do you have pets?
- Permission to Enter- Can we enter your home when you’re not there?
- Photos- Upload detailed, relevant photos to help us diagnose and fix the issue.
- Voice Memo- Fan making a weird noise? Attach a sound file to help us diagnose and fix the issue.
