3. Select the Plus (+) Symbol

4. Provide important details!

  • Category- What type of request is this?
  • Description- What needs to be fixed?
  • Location- Where in the home?
  • Pets- Do you have pets?
  • Permission to Enter- Can we enter your home when you’re not there?
  • Photos- Upload detailed, relevant photos to help us diagnose and fix the issue.
  • Voice Memo- Fan making a weird noise? Attach a sound file to help us diagnose and fix the issue.
