We’re updating the Resident Handbook on 27 October 2025 in preparation for the launch of the DOD Universal Lease.
What’s changing?
The handbook updates are mostly structural and formatting improvements — the content itself remains largely the same. This means your lease references and handbook guidelines will still be familiar, just easier to read and navigate. In addition, your existing lease remains in effect and unchanged.
Where to find the new handbook
Before the update, you can view:
- The current handbook
- The new handbook
- A conversion chart showing how old handbook sections (directly referenced in the lease) match the new handbook sections

On 27 October, the old handbook will be removed from our website, and the new handbook will officially go into effect. We encourage all residents to review the updated handbook ahead of time to familiarize themselves with the new format.
