Handbook

Aurora Military Housing Resident Handbook

The AMH Tenant Handbook (“Handbook”), is established for your comfort, convenience, and safety, and will assist you during your residency at AMH. This handbook is part of your executed Residential Lease/Rental Agreement (“Lease Agreement”). While it is impossible to itemize every detail of the partnership AMH shares with you and your family, this Handbook is designed to acquaint you with your responsibilities as a Tenant and the responsibilities AMH has to you. Not all policies and procedures can be listed in the Handbook. Should you have questions and/or uncertainties during your residence with AMH, please contact one of our offices during normal business hours or connect with us online. AMH will revise this Handbook as needed to incorporate changes and will provide written notice to tenants when changes occur. Pride in the appearance of your home and consideration of your neighbors will result in a positive and comfortable living experience.
