This handbook is part of your executed Residential Lease/Rental Agreement (“Lease Agreement”). While it is impossible to itemize every detail of the partnership AMH shares with you and your family, this Handbook is designed to acquaint you with your responsibilities as a Tenant and the responsibilities AMH has to you. Not all policies and procedures can be listed in the Handbook.
