Our diverse and active community is comprised of more than just active duty service members. We are DOD employees who exchanged nights of bumper-to-bumper traffic on the Glenn Highway for nights sitting at home with our families. We are unaccompanied service members who upgraded from communal and cramped, to private and spacious. We are fixed income retirees who discovered that budget friendly and grandchild-friendly aren’t mutually exclusive.

It is unlikely that occupancy will enable us to lease to non-active duty families anytime in the near future.
