We’re excited to begin rolling out a new system for maintenance requests. Beginning February 2020, you will be able to submit maintenance requests through RENTCafé, a user friendly software experience that integrates directly into our maintenance database; allowing for greater accountability and tracking.

Rent Cafe requires one time registration; you will receive an invite email soon to enable access to the online portal and the ability to use the RENTCafé app.
