We give you 15 days from the time keys are picked up to document any cosmetic issues within your home. Aside from ensuring you aren’t held responsible for someone else’s damage, this report helps us continue to improve the quality of our maintenance service.

What if I don’t submit my form?

We highly encourage everyone take a few minutes and fill out the form.  Without a 15 day report, we presume all items in your home to be in good condition upon move in.
