MOVE OUTS AND INSPECTIONS

If you have a pre-final inspection or a final inspection scheduled for the afternoon of 27 January, a member of our team will reach out to you to discuss your options. If weather conditions worsen, our team will reschedule accordingly.

All move-in briefings and move-in appointments scheduled for the afternoon of 27 January will proceed as normal. If weather conditions worsen, our team will reach out to reschedule accordingly.

PLOWS HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED

Our snow removal contractor will continue removing snow that has accumulated following yesterday’s snow event. Please be sure to remove cars from the roads when possible as this will enable quicker, more thorough plowing.

EXERCISE CAUTION

Please be extra cautious when driving through the neighborhoods. Keep your distance from other vehicles and be mindful of pedestrians.

DEPLOYED SPOUSE BENEFITS

Reminder: Residents with an approved Deployed Spouse Program (DSP): please ensure your vehicles are moved out of your driveway.
