MOVE OUTS AND INSPECTIONS
If you have a pre-final inspection or a final inspection scheduled for the morning of 28 January, a member of our team will reach out to you to discuss your options.

All move-in briefings and move-in appointments scheduled for the morning of 28 January will proceed as normal.
TRASH & RECYLING SERVICE
JBER-R Trash service is still scheduled as normal. Should Alaska Waste postpone or cancel service, we will provide an update.
PLOWS HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED
Our snow removal contractor will continue snow removal on Fort Richardson. Once complete, the contractor will begin plowing on Elmendorf tonight and continue into tomorrow following yesterday’s snow event. Please remove vehicles from roadways when possible, as this will allow for quicker and more thorough plowing.
