Our primary phone lines are currently down. If you experience a maintenance emergency please take the following steps:

1. Attempt to call our answering service directly at (907) 751-4247. This number appears to be working for some residents/phone carriers, but others are unable to get through.
2. If you are unable to get through by phone, please submit any emergencies through our web form at auroramilitaryhousing.com/maintenance. We will be monitoring submissions here for emergencies through the duration of the outage.

Please Note: Once phone service is restored, emergencies will again need to be reported by phone to ensure the fastest response possible.

The issue appears to be tied to the noted outage in the Anchorage area that is also impacting 911 services.
