JBER residents may conduct limited commercial activities, including direct sales, limited manufacturing, and tutoring. Services must not compete with AAFES and childcare services must be regulated/approved through the Family Childcare Office.
To request approval, prospective business owners must submit a formal written request which includes business details along with the applicable business license, certification(s), inspection(s) and any necessary insurance/liability coverage to Aurora Military Housing.
