PRESENT DAY

Over the past four years, we’ve made steady progress improving fencing throughout the Silver Run neighborhood. While much has been accomplished, additional upgrades are still needed to ensure long-term durability

WHAT TO EXPECT

AAA Fence, Inc will be demolishing your old fence and then install new metal fencing with privacy slats.

AREAS OF CONCERN

Existing fences are reaching their end of life. Proactive replacement and upgrade of fences is part of our ongoing capital maintenance program.

TIMELINE

The contractor will complete approximately five buildings per week, following this general process:

• Day 1: Demolition of existing fencing
• Day 2-3: Installation of pile-driven posts
• Day 4-5: Installation of new fencing panels and privacy slats

EXTERIOR OF HOME

Contractors will be performing work in your back and side yards. Access to backyard will be required.

Please ensure all personal items near your fence are moved several feet away, the backyard is clear of pet waste, and pets are kept indoors before your scheduled work date.

IN HOME

Entry to homes will not be required during this project.

IN NEIGHBORHOOD

• Various machinery and equipment will be present in the neighborhood.

SCHEDULE

Prior to work commencing on your home, you will receive a flyer with a definitive start date.
