Annual Holiday Lights Contest
We will accept nominations from 9 December to 22 December. Recognize your own exceptional holiday spirit by submitting a nomination online. Additionally, our team will be nominating some of our favorites as well.

- Enter the requested information.
- Upload a photo of your (or a neighbor’s) home.
- Click submit.
Criteria and Prizes
We will be putting finalists to a public vote, so festive displays and giant reindeer are fair game. Our team will select and photograph 10 homes of finalists. These homes will then be voted on by the community in the following weeks.

Whether you’re hanging up lights outside or setting up a Christmas tree inside, the holidays pose a number of risks. The Consumer Product Safety Commission has some great tips for keeping it safe this holiday season.
Additionally, many newer lights now have LED or low wattage options. You can conserve energy during the day by using plugs with photocells, timers, or smart plugs.
