MOVE OUTS AND INSPECTIONS
If you have a pre-final inspection or a final inspection scheduled for the morning of 6 January, a member of our team will reach out to you to discuss your options.
PLOWS ARE BEING DISPATCHED
Due to snow accumulation, our snow removal contractor will begin removing snow on Elmendorf starting this morning on 6 January 2026 and throughout Fort Richardson. Please be sure to remove cars from the roads when possible as this will enable quicker, more thorough plowing.

Please be extra cautious when driving through the neighborhoods. Keep your distance from other vehicles and be mindful of pedestrians.
RESIDENT REMINDER
Snow and ice from the driveway and sidewalks may not be put into the residential streets.
