Message on COVID-19 (15 September)

We are making some adjustments to our COVID-19 response, including extending office hours.

1. Office Hours Update

Our 6350 Arctic Warrior Drive office and self help center hours are extending to Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM starting 21 September (Monday).  Please remember:

  • Masks are required when entering any buildings on JBER, including ours. Please utilize other communication options, including online chat, phones, or website submissions, if you are unable to comply with this JBER Mandate.
  • A maximum of two (2) families are allowed in our office’s waiting area at a time.

Our 338 Hoonah Avenue office is open Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM by appointment only. Please call or submit a request on our website before heading to this office.

2. RENTCafé/Payment Update

In March, we waived all late fees for the foreseeable future due to the limited time frame available to receive payments. With the launch of RENTCafé, this barrier no longer exists. Late fees will be re-instituted starting 1 October in accordance with the terms outlined in the Lease Agreement. As always, please contact our office if you are experiencing financial difficulties.

3. Self Help Deliveries

With offices reopening, we are removing self help item delivery as an option on 21 September. You may continue to order online to have your order prepared ahead of time for pickup. Orders placed prior to 21 September will still be delivered.
