As always, office closures do not shut down emergency maintenance service. Please call 907.753.1091 if you are experiencing a maintenance emergency.

Trash and Recycling Pickup

Alaska Waste has informed us that the trash and recycling pickup schedule for this period has been modified. For additional details, please check the Alaska Waste Schedule.

• 3 January (Wednesday) JBER-R Trash pickup is moved to 4 January (Thursday)
• 5 January (Friday) JBER-E Trash pickup is moved to 6 January (Saturday)

Christmas Tree Disposal Service

Additionally, Christmas Tree dumpsters will be located at 6350 Arctic Warrior Drive and 338 Hoonah Avenue on the dates below,

• Noon on 26 December 2023 to noon on 29 December 2023
• Noon on 2 January 2024 to noon on 5 January 2024.

Please make sure all ornaments and lights are completely removed from the trees before bidding farewell to your tree.
