Many move ins occur in the winter months when snow and ice blanket the ground, making it impossible for our grounds maintenance teams to perform change of occupancy maintenance on the lawn. The one time spring clean program allows us to repair any damage to your yard that we were unable to address at move in.
Spring Clean Program
If you moved in between 15 October 2022 and 15 May 2023, you may qualify for our annual, one time spring clean of your yard. There is no charge for this service; we are completing standard change of occupancy yard work that was unable to be performed in the winter.
How do I submit my request?
- Check your yard to verify you need maintenance performed. While many residents who moved in during this period will discover holes, dog waste, and general yard damage left by the previous residents, many residents take extreme pride in their yards, and left you with no damages.
- Contact maintenance to submit your request. (You can do this by submitting a work order via RENTCafé ) Please contact maintenance no later than 15 May 2023.
- Prepare your yard. You will be given a window in which the maintenance will be performed. Please make sure your personal items are removed and pets are not loose in the yard during this period; our contractor will not be able to enter a yard with pets.
When do the actual cleanings begin?
Due to the large amount of snow received this year, Spring Cleans will begin later than normal. Expect spring cleans to begin between as early as 1 May and as late as 30 May. You will receive a letter from the assigned contractor detailing progress and whether multiple visits will be required.
