We are aware of a power outage impacting part of JBER, including the Cherry Hill neighborhood.
Update (1/4 12:30) – Power has been restored. Internet at our office is still down.
Update (1/5 7:30) – Our offices will be open, but calls will still be forwarded to our answering service until internet is restored by GCI.
Update (1/6) – Internet is restored, our phones will no longer forward to the answering service during business hours. We apologize for this lengthy outage and appreciate your patience. Due to this outage, we will NOT charge late fees for payments made this week.
JBER authorities are aware and are responding to the outage. We will provide updates should they be made available.
