We maintain an inventory of adaptable/ accessible homes and prioritize availability of those homes to those requiring an accommodation.  Individuals occupying adaptable homes but whom do not have a disability related need are made aware that they may be required to move to a different home should an incoming prospect (or a current resident with a newly established need) require the home. It’s important to note that EFMP status alone does not automatically initiate the process to free up an adaptable home in inventory or constitute priority placement on the waitlist; for this reason, if a prospective resident requires an accommodation in a home, it is always best to discuss this need with a member of our team.
