I am enrolled in the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP). Will I have priority placement on the wait list?

We maintain an inventory of ADA adaptable/ accessible homes and prioritize availability of those homes to those requiring an ADA accommodation.  Individuals occupying ADA homes but whom do not have an ADA need are made aware that they may be required to move to a different home should an incoming prospect (or a current resident with a newly established need) require the home. It’s important to note that EFMP status alone does not automatically initiate the process to free up an ADA home in inventory or constitute priority placement on the waitlist; for this reason, if a prospective resident requires an accommodation in a home, it is always best to discuss this need with a member of our team.
