Prior to your reservation, you will receive an email containing a link to unlock the door. This access will be for the day of your reservation, from 9 AM to Midnight.

To unlock the community center:

1. Open the link, find the button at the bottom of the webpage with the community center name. Note that our Richardson Community Center will give you access to three doors – the front door to the entry hallway, the community center itself, and the supply closet outside of the community center.

2. Tap the button; the door will unlock!
