Snow Removal
Our Responsibility
To remove snow from neighborhood roads within 48 hours of 2″ or more of accumulation. Under some circumstances, such as white-out conditions, excessive accumulation, or holidays (congested streets); snow removal may be deferred or take longer than 48 hours.
Your Responsibility
Remove snow from driveways, sidewalks, and mailboxes within 24 hours of snowfall. Remove cars from streets during plowing and ensure snow is not shoveled into the street.

Recycling / Refuse
Our Responsibility
To provide functioning roll carts for disposing of trash and ensure the trash contractor is operating on schedule
Your Responsibility
To bring out roll carts the morning of pickup by 0600, and return to storage immediately upon pickup. Roll carts must be stored in the garage to remain in compliance with JBER’s Wildlife Policies.

Landscaping / Lawn Care
Our Responsibility
To ensure public areas are well maintained to JBER installation requirements. Provide recognition and rewards for exceptional resident lawns through our “yard of the month” program.
Your Responsibility
To ensure grass remains cut and yard (front and back) remain free of weeds. Pet waste is to be picked up immediately in all seasons. The Self Help Center offers loaner garden tools ranging from rakes to shovels, as well as seasonal items such as grass seed, fertilizer, and limestone.

Pets
Our Responsibility
To ensure proper follow up on reports of unauthorized pets and issues with pets.
Your Responsibility
To ensure pet waste is properly disposed of and appropriate documentation is submitted to Aurora and the JBER Vet Office. Respect neighbors by keeping pets on leashes and ensure pets are abiding by quiet hours.

Our Responsibility
To provide immediate remedies to emergency maintenance issues, and prompt remedies to all routine issues.
Your Responsibility
To report maintenance issues immediately. Utilize Self Help Center for minor maintenance, life and safety issues, and move in/ move out needs.

Our Responsibility
To help ensure installation parking requirements are being followed and escalate parking issues to security forces if issues are not resolved.
Your Responsibility
Respect your neighborhood by parking responsibly. Store RVs and campers in accordance with installation requirements, and apply for extended parking permits when necessary.
