With temperatures rising and a considerable amount of snow/ice buildup on roofs, please be cautious of icicles, falling piles of snow, and slick spots created by melting. 

The rapidly melting ice and snow on roofs is actively being addressed by contract teams, primarily in, but not limited to the Chugach neighborhood. Teams from AMAC LLC may need access to your roof and yard over the coming days. 

Please exercise caution when and keep distance from large icicles. Additionally, we advise residents not to park vehicles under icicles.
