Message on COVID-19 (1 June)

Due to the recent JBER and CDC guidance, we are significantly modifying our COVID-19 response.

1. Office Hours Update

Our 6350 Arctic Warrior Drive office will be open Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM walk in traffic starting today 1 June.

  • Masks are required when entering any buildings on JBER if not fully vaccinated, including ours. Please utilize other communication options, including online chat, phones, or website submissions, if you are unable to comply with this JBER Mandate

Our 6350 Arctic Warrior Drive Self Help Center will be open Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM to walk in traffic starting today 1 June.

Our 338 Hoonah Avenue office will be open Monday – Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM to walk in traffic starting today 1 June

2. Community Centers Update

We will begin accepting community center reservations on 1 June. The first available reservation date will be 15 June.

We will be taking additional sanitary measures between uses including

  • Touch point sanitation
  • Fogging
  • Staggered reservations (to allow ample time to sanitize)

By reserving a community center, you are agreeing to comply with all installation and federal requirements.

Over the past year, we have added indoor playgrounds to the Moose Crossing and Silver Run community centers! These new indoor play areas (along with the one located in the Richardson community center) remain closed to the public; they are only available to those whom have reserved the community center.

3. Self Help Center

After Hours Pickup

You may request an after hours pickup for any available self help center item using our online form.

Reserved items will placed in lockers located outside the 6350 Arctic Warrior Drive self help center. Upon placing an order, please do not visit until your receive a locker number and pickup window from our self help center team. Orders placed outside of business hours will not processed until the next business day.

Please note that currently, rentable items may not be picked up after hours.
