Weed and Feed will be applied to common areas in all neighborhoods beginning Tuesday, 21 May 2024.

Signs, such as the one pictured below, will be posted to entrances of all impacted common areas prior to application. Please follow the instructions on the signs and refrain from walking through these areas until the “Keep Out Until” date has passed.

Weed & Feed is a mixture of fertilizer and herbicide (herbicide is a type of pesticide that kills and prevents the growth of certain unwanted weeds/plants) that is applied to promote growth of grass but prevent growth of weeds. Weed and feed is typically applied in the spring and is commonly used in public spaces due to its dual purpose.
