Maintenance Surveys

We have contracted with SatisFacts Research to conduct brief online satisfaction surveys at the completion of each maintenance request. While we’ve always collected and valued maintenance feedback, we hope this system will be more convenient for you.


Upon completion of a work order, SatisFacts will send out an email with a link to a brief survey.

  1. Please rate your overall Satisfaction.
  2. Please rate your satisfaction with the following areas:
    1. Quality of the maintenance work completed
    2. Office staff promptly responded to work request
    3. Maintenance staff courteousness, professionalism
    4. Speed with which service request was handled
  3. Is the problem resolved? Yes/ No
  4. Please enter any additional comments

If you’d like to update the email we have on file, please visit our contact form, select subject “Update Contact Information”, and provide us with an updated email address.

What if I want to opt out?

You may opt out of emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe option at the bottom of the emails. SatisFacts provides resident feedback to the multifamily industry and is forbidden by law to sell or release your contact information to any unrelated third parties.
