I am getting a message that I already have a RENTCafé account. Help!

If you have used RENTCafé  anywhere, at any time before, you will likely have an active account. Additionally, if you have logged into the Yardi Energy Solutions portal to make payments or review utility allowance data, that account can be used.

1. RENTCafé will tell you if there is a duplicate account during the registration process.

2. You can then log into your existing account. Doing so will connect it to your JBER home.

3. Next time you login, you will have the option to select the property you’d like to view.  In the image below, you can see the YES (utility allowance account) along with the home account. To submit maintenance requests, select the account without “YES” in front of it.
