What do the work order statuses mean?
Routine
These work orders are generated by you, through the RENTCafé app or called in. These are non-emergency work orders.
Emergency
These work orders are generated by you by calling our emergency maintenance line. Emergencies can not be submitted online.
What qualifies as an emergency?
AMH Identified
These are work orders generated by our team to resolve maintenance concerns that we’ve identified.
Command Initiated
These are work orders generated by the Military or Military Housing Office.
Preventative Maintenance
These are work orders generated by our system for recurring maintenance. Most of these are generated at the property or building level.
