I’m not recieving RENTCafé emails, what do I do?
There could be a couple different causes, but both are easily fixable.
The RENTCafé email is caught in spam.
Open your spam filter and check for an email from “email@example.com”. You may need to add “firstname.lastname@example.org” to your spam whitelist/exceptions list.
The email we have on file for you is incorrect.
