How do I submit a maintenance request through the RENTCafé web portal?

1. Visit the online portal and login


2. The maintenance request page will greet you.

3. Provide key details

  • Category- What type of request is this?
  • Description- What needs to be fixed?
  • Location- Where in the home?
  • Pets- Do you have pets?
  • Permission to Enter- Can we enter your home when you’re not there?
  • Photos- Upload detailed, relevant photos to help us diagnose and fix the issue.
  • Voice Memo- Fan making a weird noise? Attach a sound file to help us diagnose and fix the issue.

4. Hit submit.
